WPC granulate for high production quantities
Several years ago, JELU developed a process for manufacturing WPC granulate. We process wood fibres and powders as well as plastics such as polypropylene to produce high-quality WPC compounds with different filler concentrations. Many years of experience, tested ingredients and comprehensive in-house testing assure outstanding quality and a composite that is easy to process. Our product has already proven optimal performance in many companies and applications.
The customer determines the mixing ratio
Depending on the requirements of our customers, we use wood, plastic and additives in different proportions. The composition of the granulate makes different demands on the processing machines. Our technicians have many years of experience and will be glad to help you with advice on processing WPC on your premises.
Test results* for JELU WPC granulates
The WPC granulates from JELU have been tested to standard values for plastic by the University of Kassel, Germany. We will be glad to send you the measurement data on request.
